Terms of Service

Last updated 1 June 2026 · IdeaForge · IdeaForge85@gmail.com

IdeaForge ("IdeaForge", "we", "us") is an online service that helps people create digital products with AI and sell them to buyers. These Terms of Service ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you and IdeaForge when you use our website, apps and services (the "Service"). Please read them carefully. By creating an account, buying a product or otherwise using the Service, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, Acceptable Use Policy, Refund Policy, Cookie Policy and Buyer Protection Policy. If you sell on IdeaForge, the Creator Agreement and Creator Compliance Checklist also apply.

1. Who we are and how to contact us

IdeaForge is an online-only business operating in the United Kingdom. You can contact us at IdeaForge85@gmail.com or through the Support page. We will reply to legal notices sent to that address.

2. Eligibility and accounts

  • You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to create an account or sell.
  • You must give accurate information and keep it up to date.
  • You are responsible for keeping your password and sign-in codes secure, and for everything done through your account.
  • One person or business may not open accounts to avoid a suspension, limit or termination.
  • Business Studio owners are responsible for the actions of team members they invite.

3. The Service

  • IdeaForge lets you generate digital products (such as guides, checklists, templates, scripts, planners and mini-ebooks), export them as PDFs, create listing copy and, on Business Studio, publish bundle sales pages.
  • AI-generated content can contain errors. You are responsible for reviewing anything you create before you use, publish or sell it. Content is not professional, legal, medical or financial advice.
  • We may change, improve or withdraw features. Where a change materially reduces a paid feature, we will tell you in advance where reasonably possible.

4. Subscriptions and payment

  • Free Starter is free. Pro Creator and Business Studio are paid subscriptions billed monthly or annually in advance through Stripe, our payment provider.
  • Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from your Profile; access continues until the end of the period you have paid for.
  • Prices are shown in pounds sterling (GBP) and include or add VAT as shown at checkout.
  • We may change prices for future billing periods. We will give you at least 30 days' notice and you may cancel before the change takes effect.
  • Refunds are handled under our Refund Policy.

5. Immediate access to digital content

When you buy a subscription or a digital product, you ask us to give you access straight away. You agree that by receiving immediate access you lose your 14-day right to cancel under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013. This does not affect your statutory rights if digital content is faulty, which are explained in the Refund Policy and Buyer Protection Policy.

6. Your content and ownership

  • As between you and IdeaForge, you own the content you create with the Service, subject to the rights of others and to these Terms.
  • You give IdeaForge a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, store, process, display, reproduce and deliver your content only as needed to run, secure and improve the Service, to deliver products to buyers, and to enforce these Terms.
  • You must not upload, generate, publish or sell content you do not have the right to use. You are responsible for checking that what you sell does not infringe anyone's copyright, trade marks or other rights.

7. Marketplace and sales pages

  • Sales of bundles are contracts between the creator and the buyer. IdeaForge provides the platform, payment processing through Stripe Connect and delivery, and collects a 10% platform fee from each sale.
  • Creator payouts are made by Stripe to the creator's connected account. IdeaForge does not hold creator funds.
  • Buyers are protected by our Buyer Protection Policy.

8. Acceptable use

You must follow the Acceptable Use Policy. We automatically check activity and content for clear and obvious breaches, and we may act under the enforcement ladder described there.

9. Suspension and termination

  • We may warn you, limit features, pause publishing, unpublish content, suspend or freeze your account, block new sales and payouts, or terminate your account where you breach these Terms or our policies, where required by law, or to protect buyers, other users, Stripe or IdeaForge.
  • The action we take will be proportionate to the breach, following the enforcement ladder in the Acceptable Use Policy. Permanent termination after a critical breach is always confirmed by a person.
  • You can delete your account at any time from your Profile, unless a penalty, appeal or dispute is still under review. Paid subscription periods are not refunded on closure except where the Refund Policy says so.
  • Funds held in a creator's Stripe account remain under Stripe's control and are handled under Stripe's terms.

10. Intellectual property in the Service

The IdeaForge name, logo, software, designs and website content belong to IdeaForge or our licensors. You may not copy, reverse engineer or resell the Service, except as the law allows.

11. Third-party services

We use third parties such as Stripe (payments and payouts), AI model providers and email providers to run the Service. Their own terms may also apply. We are not responsible for third-party websites or services we do not control.

12. Our liability to you

  • Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any liability that cannot be limited by law, including your statutory rights as a consumer.
  • If you are a consumer, we are responsible for loss you suffer that is a foreseeable result of our breach of these Terms or our failure to use reasonable care and skill. We are not responsible for loss that is not foreseeable, or for business losses.
  • If you use the Service for business purposes, our total liability arising out of or in connection with these Terms in any 12-month period is limited to the greater of the fees you paid us in that period or £100, and we are not liable for loss of profits, revenue, business, goodwill or indirect or consequential loss.

13. Indemnity (business users and creators)

If you use the Service as a business or sell on IdeaForge, you agree to cover IdeaForge's reasonable losses and costs arising from claims that your content or listings infringe someone's rights or break the law, or from your breach of these Terms.

14. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms to reflect changes in the law, our Service or how we operate. We will tell you about material changes by email or in the app before they take effect, and ask you to accept them. If you do not agree, you can stop using the Service and cancel your subscription.

15. Complaints and disputes

Please contact IdeaForge85@gmail.com first so we can try to resolve any complaint. These Terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. You and we may bring proceedings in the courts of England and Wales; if you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland you may also bring proceedings in your local courts.

16. General

If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest remains in force. We may transfer our rights under these Terms to another organisation; you may not transfer yours without our consent. If we delay enforcing these Terms, we can still enforce them later.
